The Village Planning Board plays a vital role in shaping the future growth and development of the Village of Caledonia. The Board is responsible for reviewing and making decisions on matters related to land use, site plans, subdivisions, and special permits to ensure that development within the Village aligns with local laws, the comprehensive plan, and community interests.
Working closely with residents, developers, and local officials, the Planning Board strives to maintain the Village’s character, promote orderly growth, and enhance the quality of life for all who live and work in Caledonia.
The Planning Board of the Village of Caledonia will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Hall, 3095 Main Street. Meeting dates are listed in the tab on the right titled ‘2025 Meeting Schedule’.
